Otherwise, Wikipedia provides an excellent description about the NAVSTAR GPS system.I'd like to set up a Scintillation Monitor, what do I need?A Scintillation Monitor requires a 200 MHz or better Intel or AMD machine, with at least 128 MB RAM and 40 GB HD.
